We started in 2012 with a single website. Today we bring AI into business
Our first website was built on a site builder in Odesa. Then came banners, websites, brands, platforms and courses for designers. That experience grew into a studio in Torrevieja that assembles ready-made AI modules for businesses. Below is how that path took shape.
How we got here
Our experience begins in 2012 in Odesa. We started with programming, but it quickly became clear that the interesting part was not the code itself but how the result looked and worked for the person on the other side of the screen. So we moved into design. Our first website was built on a site builder: no hand-coded layout, no servers, just ready-made blocks. Simple, but it worked, and at the time that mattered more than anything.
Then came freelancing. Banners first, then single pages, then entire websites. We learned from courses and from whatever we could find online, and we practised a lot. At some point it stopped being a side job and became a steady income. Each project was a little more complex than the last, and that suited us.
At the same time we went to business events and talked to entrepreneurs. Not to sell them a website, but to understand how their day worked: where clients came from, where enquiries got lost, why a beautiful website did not bring in money. It turned out a website is rarely a task on its own: there is always a brand, advertising and phone calls that someone has to answer. Out of those conversations came the integrated approach we still work with today: branding, website and marketing strategy in one project. Separately they deliver less than they do together.
With that approach we worked through real estate, car dealerships, retail, services and healthcare. We worked with small businesses, where one person makes the decision, and with large companies, where a project goes through several departments. We designed crypto and NFT platforms: interfaces where people handle money and a mistake is expensive. We took part in the government initiative My Choice, where citizens voted and left feedback. Our marketing experience taught us to judge work by its results, not by how good it looks.
We had gathered enough experience that we wanted to pass it on. We launched our own courses, and around three hundred designers went through them. Many of them now work on large projects or have opened studios of their own. For us it was also a test: if the approach can be explained to others and it works for them, then there is a system behind it, not just taste.
We began experimenting with artificial intelligence before there were any modules: we made videos entirely with AI services, editing and sound included, and looked at where it already worked and where it did not yet. Then we moved to Spain, to Torrevieja. By then we were working online with clients across Europe, and the same things came up project after project: a business needs a website, a way to capture enquiries, a reply to the customer within minutes, content. NK Studio grew out of that experience. So did the modules: what we used to build from scratch every time, we now assemble from proven parts.
Why we look the way we do
The studio is in Torrevieja, in the south of Alicante province. We work online with clients across Europe, but the place where we live shows in how we look.
Most websites about artificial intelligence look alike: dark background, purple neon, a glow around the edges. That is the colour of technology as a tool. We work not with the tool but with the business: a clinic, a car dealership, a construction company, a real estate agency. They do not need neon. They need their enquiries not to get lost. So we looked for our colour not in trends but outside the window.
Twenty minutes from the centre of Torrevieja is Laguna Rosa, a pink salt lake. Its colour comes from microalgae that live in very salty water: the stronger the brine, the pinker the lake. Depending on the season and the light it ranges from pale powder to almost raspberry. For locals it is not a postcard but the ordinary view on the way home.
That is where our palette comes from: pink as the accent, a light background, muted blue-grey for text, the colour of the water on an overcast day. Nothing glows or flashes. A calm page where the content is what you see.

Salt and the mark
Torrevieja grew on salt. Las Salinas have been working here for centuries, salt from here goes out across Europe, and the town is quite literally built on this trade. Salt is made slowly here: from water and sun, anew every year.
So we built our mark around a salt crystal. A simple geometric form that grows by its own rules and always comes together the same way, from repeating faces.
That meaning is close to us. We also assemble a system from repeating parts: website, enquiry capture, AI agent, content. The modules are the same, and the configuration is different for every business. Shared rules, a new form every time. We worked this way before the modules existed, when we combined brand, website and strategy in one project. Now it simply has a form and a name.
Industries and projects we have been through
Before the modules there were years of work for very different businesses: web design and development, UX/UI, branding, brand art, packaging. This is not a portfolio but a map of where our knowledge of these markets comes from.
Real estate
Agencies and developers. Many listings, a long sales cycle and an enquiry that easily gets lost between the website, the phone and the manager.
Car dealerships
A large catalogue and a client with little time. Here the website has to work like a salesperson: show, compare, lead to a call.
Retail and services
From shops to service companies. The tasks differ, but the structure is the same: show, explain, take the enquiry, do not lose it.
Healthcare
Clinics and medical centres. Trust matters more than effects: calm design, clear booking, careful handling of patient data.
Crypto and NFT
Platform design. Complex services that had to be explained through a simple interface.
Government initiative
My Choice: citizen voting and feedback. An interface that everyone has to be able to use, not only people who are used to apps.
What we do now
Today we bring artificial intelligence into how businesses work through ready-made modules. A website that captures enquiries. A CRM where they do not get lost. An AI agent that answers customers. AI content and AI branding. We have built each module many times, so we know what works in it and what does not. The set will grow: a new module appears when the same task comes up for several clients in a row. We work from Torrevieja, online, with clients across Europe.
What we do not promise
AI will not replace your salesperson, doctor or manager. It takes over the repetitive work: replying within the first minute, logging an enquiry, drafting a text, remembering to call back. Decisions are still made by people, and we set the modules up so that a person can step in at any moment.
We do not promise that a module will work on its own. It needs your data, your rules and the first few weeks to be adjusted against real conversations. If a business has no flow of enquiries, an AI agent will not create one. It will only stop losing the ones that exist. There are also tasks where AI gets things wrong, and we do not put it there. If a task cannot be solved with a module, we will say so.
The set of modules will change. Some will be added, some we will rework or remove, because the tools change fast. We have not fixed the list forever, and we will not pretend it is final.
We will look at where enquiries and time are being lost and tell you which modules fit, which do not, and where to start. No presentations and no obligations.
